Ask which items are included and which are separate.
- Product unit price and minimum quantity
- Samples, tooling and customization
- Packaging, inspection and service charges
- Freight and the agreed delivery terms
3. Clarify timing and conditions
Check quote validity, sample lead time, production timing and payment milestones. Record the assumptions behind the quotation so later changes can be discussed clearly.
4. List the open questions
