Inspection scope, sampling method and acceptance criteria must be agreed for the product. Where specialist testing is required, the appropriate provider and arrangements need separate confirmation.

Share the collection locations, destination, shipment details and target timing. We coordinate supplier readiness, consolidation and shipping arrangements with suitable logistics partners, then track progress and follow up exceptions through delivery. The route, costs, documents and responsibilities are agreed for each shipment; transit times, duties and customs requirements depend on the route and destination.
