A broad range of ways to represent your brand

The starting point is the occasion and the recipient. A useful range may combine everyday products, presentation pieces and custom-designed items.

  • Desk and stationery: notebooks, writing accessories, organizers and small office products.
  • Lifestyle and travel: bags, drinkware, textile accessories and practical travel items.
  • Technology and accessories: selected electronic gifts with the required functions and documentation.
  • Presentation and keepsakes: decorative pieces, branded merchandise, gift boxes and mixed-product sets.

Products, decoration and packaging working together

Gift sourcing often crosses several industries. Access to different material and decoration routes creates more ways to express the same brand within a defined budget.

  • Product bases: compare available models and custom options across paper, textiles, metal, wood, ceramics and plastics.
  • Brand application: match printing, embroidery, engraving or other decoration to the material and artwork.
  • Presentation: coordinate gift packaging, inserts, printed messages and protective components.
  • Set assembly: bring items from different suppliers into an agreed packing list, presentation and delivery sequence.

Make a mixed collection feel consistent

We coordinate the references that tie different products together, including color, logo placement, finish and packaging. The result is a clearer sourcing process for both single items and coordinated campaigns.

  • Compare an existing product with decoration against a newly developed design.
  • Use a shared visual reference across materials while approving each process separately.
  • Plan component arrivals, assembly and dispatch around the date the gifts will be used.

Choose the decoration to suit the item

A logo can be printed, stitched or engraved, but the right route depends on the surface, artwork and order. Compare the decorated result as well as the undecorated product. For a mixed gift set, each component may need a different approval method.

  • Printed notebooks and stationery: confirm the print area, small-text readability, color reference and alignment relative to folds or edges.
  • Textile bags and pouches: review print coverage or embroidery size, stitch appearance, backing and whether decoration affects the fabric.
  • Metal accessories: ask for an engraving or marking sample on the exact finish; a digital mock-up cannot establish the physical result.
  • Personalized sets: approve a name-list format, a sample of the longest text and an item-by-item packing list before the full batch.

Treat a gift set as one finished product

The box, insert and contents should work together when a recipient opens the set. We can coordinate separate suppliers around a shared packing reference and agreed handoff.

  • Assign a version or SKU to every item, including cards, ribbons and inserts.
  • Review a complete packed sample for fit, presentation and movement in transit.
  • Confirm who receives the components, checks quantities, assembles the sets and reports shortages.

Make branding part of the specification

Logo placement and reproduction can change cost and lead time. Supply usable artwork and distinguish an exact brand requirement from a preferred visual reference.

  • Artwork format, print area, dimensions, colors and orientation.
  • Printing, embroidery, engraving or other decoration options for the selected material.
  • Packaging artwork, individual names, languages and SKU or barcode labels.
  • Approval responsibility for proofs, color references and decorated samples.

Approve the item and the decoration

An undecorated sample can help assess the product, but it does not confirm the final logo or packaging. Agree which sample stages are needed for your campaign.

  • Check dimensions, materials, finish and function of the base item.
  • Review a decorated sample or production proof in the agreed form.
  • Confirm the contents and arrangement of a complete gift set.
  • Record approval before the supplier begins the agreed production stage.

Work backward from the delivery date

Separate production readiness, collection, transport and final distribution. An event date is a destination deadline, not the same as a factory dispatch date.

  • Confirm stock availability or production timing for every item in the set.
  • Agree counts by design, size, color or recipient group.
  • Plan assembly, protective packaging and consolidation across suppliers.
  • Compare transport options and allow for the destination handoff.

Plan quantities and costs by variant

Ask for product and decoration costs separately, along with setup, sample, packing and logistics costs. Low quantities, multiple colors or individual personalization can change the options.

  • Can several products go in one set? Yes, we can review the sourcing and assembly scope together.
  • Is there a fixed minimum quantity? It depends on the item, decoration process and supplier.
  • Can an urgent date be met? We check availability and the complete delivery plan before confirming timing.
